Aston Martin Newport Beach is a leading dealership in the automotive industry and is searching for the best in the business to be a Part Time Receptionist to come on board for a weekend position.

Job Duties:

• Welcome our clients to our dealership in a warm hospitable, professional demeanor to set the tone for their experience.
• Screen calls, direct them to the proper party, and/or obtains enough information to allow for follow- up that is convenient for the customer.
• Be a brand ambassador for our business.
• Other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient, and effective process.

Required Experience:

• 2+ Years of Receptionist experience preferred..
• Motivated individual who is a people-person with a friendly personality with fast-paced organizational skills
• Mircrosoft Office experience a plus
• Must be able to multi-task and be well organized.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Available to work: days & weekend availability
• Must have a clean valid driver’s license.
• Must pass personal background check and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen.
